China Women’s University Holds Seminar for Resource Management Reform

To enhance its comprehensive reform and explore new methods in resource management, China Women’s University organized a reform group and held a seminar on April 29, 2015, where the participating attendees worked to make detailed plans. Wang Jingxia, vice-president of the university, and representatives of the institution’s staff and students attended the seminar.

Focusing on managing efficiency, representatives gave their opinions and suggestions. Staff representatives focused on asset management, financial management, administration of networks and campus security while student representatives discussed food service sanitation, campus security and medical insurance.

Not only an important mission of the institution, the comprehensive reform is also a requirement for the school’s development. The reform group will improve the college’s services and management, solving problems for both staff and students in order to build a better environment for the campus.

The seminar integrated the knowledge and experience from both staff and students, providing a more solid foundation for the academic institution’s further reform and future administration.
